What we do

Scope of work

A turbo that whistles, smokes or no longer builds boost needs to be stripped down, not coaxed. We replace the core, fine-balance it and check the VTG actuation. Axial and radial play come back within tolerance, otherwise the unit does not leave the shop.

  • Complete teardown and cleaning
  • Fine-balancing of the core (CHRA) on the bench
  • Check, free up and calibrate the VTG vanes
  • Axial and radial play within tolerance
