How do I find the right spare part? +
The easiest way is the part number (e.g. 03L130277B) in the search at the top. It is usually printed directly on the component. If you are unsure, simply send us a photo of the old component on WhatsApp – we will identify the right part for you.
How long does shipping take? +
All orders placed before 5:30 pm go out the same working day with UPS Express – insured and with tracking, across the EU. Within Germany your parts usually arrive the next working day.
What exactly does “reconditioned” mean? +
The component is professionally dismantled, cleaned, rebuilt with new wear parts and then tested on the test bench under real conditions. It only leaves our workshop once every value is correct – with full factory performance.
What warranty do I get? +
All reconditioned components come with 12 months warranty. Every part is tested and documented before shipping.
Do I need to return an old part / is there a deposit? +
For many components we work on an exchange basis. Details of the deposit are shown on the relevant product page – or just ask us on WhatsApp.
